How apartment-turnover requests are handled
Hamline-Midway Apartment Turnover is a locally focused request website. It helps property teams organize apartment-turnover inquiries and does not itself perform cleaning, painting, repairs, trash removal, flooring, or other contracting work.

Submitting a request does not create a contract, guarantee service, reserve a schedule, establish a price, or promise a completion date. Any service agreement is made directly between the property customer and the independent provider.
This website does not present a provider’s licenses, insurance, reviews, employees, prices, availability, or workmanship as its own and does not guarantee a provider’s performance.
